the gentlemen who waited on me was very professional. He kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle and the time frame it would take for the repairs to be complete. I had a pleasant experience while waiting on my car repair.
I put in the app on my phone that I needed a loaner and when I arrived I was told there was none. I received a confirmation on my appointment and when I arrived their was nothing known about the loaner. Frank was there and was able to help me out which I greatly appreciate and he is a good man. Our experience with David Villado was amazing. We sought out David a few months ago, in search of a Sierra 1500 Denali. However, at that time we couldn't make a firm decision. David has gone out of his way to keep us posted on sales, and he knew the color that my husband wanted. He was able to get us the vehicle in the color and with all the options that my husband wanted. We couldn't get to the dealership because of a bulging disc that was affecting my husband's walking. David and the gentleman in Finance worked with us over the phone. David delivered our vehicle on Saturday evening 12/29 to our home. We would definitely do business with Gunn again and with David Villado.
Nobody likes when things go wrong, but the process of troubleshooting and replacing my battery was smooth. The service representative also double-checked my billing statement and was able to find an additional discount that wound up saving me money.

Jeff Fholer was absolutely great! I came to the dealership with a friend to look at a car for him and saw a 2018 GMC truck that I liked. Jeff answered all my questions and was not your typical pushy salesman. He continued to follow up with me after the purchase to ensure everything was ok and all my questions were answered.
Mike Valle is very friendly and knowledgeable about my 2013 Yukon SLT. He answered all my questions and the services were done in a timely manner-as I was waiting. I feel confident/peaceful that the overall inspection was done and I do not have any issues with my vehicle. I don't know if the mechanic is paid for this inspection but he should be compensated. I'm sure you find extra service work by doing this inspection and the mechanic should be paid for finding the issues. I appreciated the 20% discount Gunn was giving in December! That was a blessing! For many years I had older vehicles and had my service done at independent businesses, but I now find it is best to use the Dealer for my services/repairs-they are the professionals~~
