My appointment was for 1:15. I showed up 5 minutes early and was told it wouldn’t be long. At 2:45 a Gunn employee finally got into my to take it back to the service area. After he sat in my vehicle playing on his phone for 16-20 min he drove it back to the garage where they finally got started on my work. When I asked the service advisor about this he told me they had been working on it for quite a while and it would be done soon. 30 minutes later it was finally done. I have a motion activated camera in my vehicle and have saved the video of everything that took place. Why did I make an appointment I it was going to be first come first serve? Why did your employee sit in my car playing on his phone? Why did the service manager lie to me about when the work began? All of these issues lead me to never want to do business with Gunn again.
The entire experience was positive. I had some questions and inquiries and all were answered positively and satisfactorily. As a plus I got to interact with other Buick owners and share our positive experiences regarding Gunn Buick GMC.
